today morning, got morning call from ahni at 8, den i morning call jiang go yishun stadium run together. Sheela, ahni, jiang and me was there!! ~ Sry oh late for 20mins, lao sai 3 times, dono eat wad T_T....

Ytd 3am plus slp, 8 woke up and jog, surprise tat i still got alot str and mood to run.....8rounds, include 1 round walk. Jiang run 10rounds, 1 round walk. Den ahni run 5 rounds and sheela run 4 rounds :D
